Sales and Corporate Training

The Aim

To improve the overall function, compatability and productivity of any group of employees

Programs

To apply the Whole Body Intelligence system to training office, sales and marketing staff.

What part does emotional intelligence ( E.I.) play when evaluating employees.

A company will employ an job applicant based on their qualifications to do the specified task, however it is now being widely accepted that this is only 50% of the equation.

This is all well and good but what about the ability for the successful applicant to fit in with others, to handle authority wisely or to deal non emotionally with customers?

This (E.Q.) has been a secondary consideration in the past but will have to be looked at more closely in decision making in the future

When we learn the Holistequine W.B.I. System we learn how to balance and maximize both I.Q. and E.Q.

We can then communicate effectively with others, we work harmoniously with our colleuges and are emotionally free to focus 100% of our energy on achieving our objective i.e. selling our product.

The Method

The Holistequine W.B.I. system within Equine Assisted Therapy involves interactive horse/human and human/human exercises.

The sessions have been developed over many years of research into how the energy field and characteristics of the horse can mirror back to us not only our conscious but also our unconscious behaviour.

The horse has both sides of the brain (E.Q. and I.Q)  finely tuned as for him/her  functioning effectivly within a group (herd) means survival therefore role playing with the horse acts as a bio-feedback mechanism to help the client recognize and change negative mind/body responses.

Through the horse we not only see ourselves as others see us but we then change or modify our behaviour to reach our objectives.
